It could be a reference to how Rachel is kind of a guiding force for Max. This one is kind of ambiguous in comparison to the others. Two of them are upright, while one is on its side. Often, one of the three will be disturbed, and that's the one that represents Rachel (e.g., three bottles with one knocked over.) Here, you can see that on Max's pajamas, too. This isn't my theory, but apparently, there's a bunch of trios in the game that represent Max, Chloe, and Rachel. It could also be applied to the way Max didn't know it was Chloe who was killed in the bathroom.
This has obvious relevance to Rachel, since Max doesn't really know her beyond her missing posters (and later in the episode through Chloe a bit,) and she's the victim of a murder no one knows about yet. So Jane Doe is a pseudonym for women whose identities are unknown or unconfirmed, especially in the context of a corpse. From searching past posts, I know people have talked about some of her outfits on their own, like episode 4's, but I think on the whole they're kind of interrelated. This might be retread ground, but I noticed some nifty things about what Max wears through the game.
